About Amud

What we do

We take away the repetitive work a person shouldn't be doing. We do it in three ways that are often combined in the same project:

• Process automation, for steps that always follow the same rules.
• Systems integration, so data flows on its own between your tools.
• Digital employees and AI agents, for work that requires reading, interpreting and deciding.

We work mostly with law firms, car dealers, leasing companies, accounting firms and real estate agencies, although the method works for any company with a volume of administrative tasks.

What we build

We don't resell third-party software or licences. We build every project on our own platform, which we developed to run automations and digital employees with guarantees:

• A portal for each client, where they see what each automation and each digital employee does, how many times and with what result.
• An exceptions inbox, where the cases the system shouldn't resolve on its own arrive with the context needed to decide.
• Human approvals, so nothing with consequences runs without a person validating it.
• Isolation between companies: each client's data, credentials and capabilities are separate from everyone else's.
• Full traceability: every action is logged with its author and data.

This platform is what lets us put a project into production in weeks and keep it running afterwards.

How we work

We measure before we automate. Every project starts with a free audit in which we calculate what the repetitive work costs today, and moves forward in fixed-price phases: design, implementation and continuous optimisation. Whoever does the diagnosis builds the solution, with no intermediaries. And if something isn't worth automating, we tell you. The detail is in how we work.

Our editorial policy

All the content on this website is written by the Amud team, the same people who design and implement the projects. We sign it as a team and follow these rules:

• We write about what we do. Guides and examples come from real projects, not press releases.
• We review and date. Each article shows the date of its last review. When a tool or a regulation changes, we update it.
• We cite sources. When a claim depends on a study, a regulation or third-party data, we link to the original source.
• Case studies are real. They are published anonymised when the client asks, with their permission, and with the measured figures and the method used to measure them.
• We correct. If you find a mistake, write to info@amud.es and we'll review it.
