Systems integration for businesses
We make your tools talk to each other. When an order, a client or an invoice enters one system, it shows up in the others without anyone typing it again.
A systems integration connects two or more of your company's tools so they share information automatically. The result is that a piece of data is entered once and reaches everywhere it's needed: the client added to the CRM appears in the ERP, the online store order generates its delivery note and invoice, and the bank payment reconciles the right invoice.
Without integrations, that information travels in your team's hands: exporting, copying, pasting and checking no error has crept in.
The integrations we build most often
CRM and ERP
Clients, opportunities, quotes, orders and invoices synced between sales and administration. Sales can see whether a client has outstanding invoices; administration doesn't have to wait to be sent the order details.
Online store and ERP
Orders from Shopify, WooCommerce or other platforms that flow into Odoo, Holded or your ERP on their own, with stock updated both ways.
Forms, email and WhatsApp
Every contact that arrives via the website, email or WhatsApp is recorded in the CRM with its source and assigned to the right person.
Data for management
Reports that build themselves from several sources, instead of the spreadsheet someone updates by hand every Monday.
Custom integrations
Industry software, third-party portals and legacy systems. If it has an API, an export or email, it can almost certainly be connected.
How we build them
- 01
Data map
Which information lives in each system, which is the source of truth for each piece of data and in which direction it should flow.
- 02
Connection
Through the API whenever possible, with minimum permissions. With no API, we look for the most stable route: exports, email or the database.
- 03
Quality rules
Duplicate detection, format validation and handling of odd cases before they reach the other system.
- 04
Monitoring
Automatic retries, alerts and a log of every sync so you always know what happened.
We orchestrate integrations with n8n and our own services. Each client's credentials are stored encrypted and separate from everyone else's, and each connection uses only the permissions it needs.
Integration, automation and digital employee
Integration is the foundation: it puts the data where it needs to be. On top of it sit process automation, which runs the repetitive steps, and the digital employee, which handles what needs judgement. Many projects start with an integration and grow from there.
Frequently asked questions
What if my software has no API?
There's almost always a way: scheduled exports, reading the emails the system itself sends, a direct connection to its database or, as a last resort, automating the screen. We confirm it in the audit before committing to anything.
Do you use n8n, Make or Zapier?
We use n8n in many projects because it can be self-hosted and doesn't charge per execution, and we build custom connectors when an integration needs more control. We choose the tool for the case, not the other way round.
Which system wins if the data doesn't match?
We define it when designing the integration: for each piece of data we decide which system is the source of truth and in which direction it syncs. That avoids duplicates and update loops.
How do I find out if an integration fails?
Every integration is monitored. If a sync fails it is retried automatically and, if the problem persists, you get an alert with the affected record and the reason, so it can be fixed without losing data.

n8n vs Make vs Zapier: which one to automate your business
All three tools connect apps and automate processes, but they charge differently, are hosted in different places and fit different projects. This is the comparison we make before choosing.

Process automation in an SMB: where to start
Most automation projects that fail do so before a single line of code is written: they start with the tool instead of the process. These are the steps to do it the other way round.
